Receive Your Offer
Once we review your submission, you'll receive two options: a Buyout offer for immediate payment, or a Consignment offer where you earn more when the item sells. Instant Quote users receive their offer immediately.
Ship It to Us — Free
Accept your offer and we'll send you a prepaid, insured shipping label. Pack your item securely and drop it off. Every shipment is fully insured from the moment it leaves your hands.
Authentication & Inspection
Our team of luxury experts physically inspects and authenticates every item. We verify materials, hardware, serial numbers, and documentation against brand standards. If anything doesn't check out, we'll let you know right away.
Get Paid
Buyout: Once your item passes authentication, payment is sent directly to your bank account via Stripe.
Consignment: We professionally photograph, list, and market your item. When it sells, you receive your payout automatically — no chasing payments.

Instant Quotes are immediate. Manual submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Once we receive your item, authentication typically takes 1–3 business days. Buyout payments are sent the same day authentication is complete.
Buyout means we purchase your item outright and you receive immediate payment. Consignment means we list, market, and sell your item on your behalf — you earn a higher payout when it sells, typically within 2–4 weeks.
Yes. We provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label at no cost to you. Your item is covered from pickup to delivery at our authentication center.
If our team determines an item is not authentic or doesn't match the description, we'll contact you and return the item at no charge. We never list items that don't meet our standards.
