Every item is thoroughly inspected by our team to ensure quality, authenticity, and accurate grading. Items are rated on the following scale.
Brand new, unworn items in their original condition. May include tags, dust bag, box, or other original packaging where applicable.
Like-new or barely worn items in exceptional condition. May have been tried on or worn once or twice with virtually no visible signs of use.
Gently used items with minimal signs of wear. Bags may have light corner wear or faint scratches. Jewelry may have very minor surface marks.
Well-maintained items with moderate signs of use. Bags may show visible corner wear, scratches, or interior marks. Jewelry may have noticeable scratches or small imperfections.
Noticeably used items with significant signs of wear. Bags may have clearly worn corners, scratches, or discoloration. Shoes may show heavy scuffs or sole wear.
Items with extensive wear that may need repair. This could include worn corners, discoloration, broken hardware, or small holes. Sold as-is at a reduced price.
Many of our items include original tags, boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards. When included, these are noted in the item description.

When original documentation is available — including authenticity cards, receipts, dust bags, and boxes — we verify each piece against the item to confirm everything matches and is genuine.
We maintain a growing database of known counterfeit patterns and flagged items. Any item that raises concerns during our process is rejected and never listed for sale.
If an item passes our authentication process and is later found to be inauthentic, we offer a full refund. Our reputation depends on the trust of our buyers and sellers, and we take that responsibility seriously.
